I wish they used the stockholm style subway fare gates, they are super fast, and it is hard to follow someone through. Most gates are the height of a fridge, not convinient to jump over. And if you get cought without a valid ticket on the subway you get a 100 dollar fine.

The last time I went to the Statue of Liberty it was $1.25. And I'd never dropped more than a buck or two to go to the Met. I'm planning on visiting NYC this holiday season. It is much cheaper to stay in lower Manhattan than midtown, but lower Manhattan doesn't see, as festive as midtown. Can someone give me help/tips on where to stay????

This very week I have my first post treatment bloodwork done and even thou I know there's treatment, I am anxious for the results.

Hi!!! I don't know who you are but I stumbled on to this video of NYC and it was outstanding. As a lifelong NYer and Brooklynite, I want to try all 50 places and things mentioned here. I always wanted to spend a weekend in the city and play tourist and you've given me the insight of places to go and things to see.
